How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Slideunits Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Slideunits Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Plumbers in our network run independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please understand that Slideunits Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@slideunits.garden and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
